With weekly councils, movement, meditation and breathwork classes young men in the Sonz Youth program will have multiple opportunities each week to be supported and celebrated on their journey to becoming a man.

A Deep Care Model for Young Men
This is the first truly holistically based connection and growth framework available to support young men as they journey toward manhood. The Sonz Youth Brothership makes the medicine of Brotherhood consistently available to young men ages 11-19 years across the world.
Young Men on the Sonz Youth Brothership get:
Weekly Councils at varying times matching their availability.
Weekly Meditation, Breathwork and Mental Health Check-Ins.
Weekly Embodiment Sessions for developmentally appropriate strength, flexibility and body awareness.
This $33/month pledge is a tax deductible donation to the Sacred Sons Foundation and 100% will go to supporting a young man on the Sonz Youth Brothership.
